FACILITATING RELATIONAL LEARNING
This module explores the art and science of facilitating small group discussions that invite all participants to engage. You will explore metaphors for transformational adult learning and gain tools to construct lesson plans based on course objectives and learning goals. You will receive coaching and time to practice leading discussions by asking open-ended questions. We hope to equip facilitators to invite participants into a deeper integration of material while connecting deeply with one another.
